Refund & Return Policy

At Systems Plumbing LLC, we strive to provide high-quality plumbing services. Below is our policy regarding refunds and returns.

1. Service Refunds
If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify us within 7 days of completion.
Refunds may be issued if the service was not completed as agreed upon, subject to management approval.
Refunds are not available for completed services that were performed correctly but did not meet personal preferences.

2. Product Returns
Any plumbing parts or equipment purchased through us may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.
A 15% restocking fee may apply for returned items.
Custom or special-order parts are non-refundable.

3. Warranty Claims
If a service or part is under warranty, we will repair or replace it according to the warranty terms.
Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or damages caused by external factors.
